At Laptop Bazaar PK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every laptop we offer is carefully imported, tested, and verified to ensure reliable performance at the best possible price. This policy outlines our return and warranty terms clearly so you can shop with complete confidence.


1. Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 – 3-Day Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Product must be in the same condition as delivered
  • All accessories, packaging, and warranty slip must be included
  • Valid invoice/warranty slip is mandatory
  • “Change of mind” returns are accepted within 3 days

1.2 – Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Physical damage, dents, cracks, or liquid damage is present
  • Warranty seal is broken or tampered with
  • Product is mishandled or misused
  • Software issues, viruses, or OS faults are detected
  • Display complaints are reported after usage

1.3 – Online Orders (Return Shipping)

  • Return/exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer
  • Product must be securely packed to avoid transit damage

2. Warranty Policy

All laptops come with a 3-Month Checking Warranty covering internal hardware functionality.


2.1 – What’s Covered

  • ✔ Motherboard
  • ✔ Processor
  • ✔ RAM (functional only)
  • ✔ Ports (USB, HDMI, Audio, etc.)
  • ✔ Camera
  • ✔ Keyboard & Touchpad
  • ✔ Sound System
  • ✔ Battery (minimum 2-hour backup guaranteed)

2.2 – What’s Not Covered

Warranty does not apply to:

  • BIOS update-related issues
  • SSD/HDD health or detection issues
  • Speaker damage/burst
  • No display / no power issues
  • LCD/LED or touchscreen faults
  • Charger/adapter issues
  • Liquid or physical damage
  • Software issues, Windows corruption, viruses
  • RAM errors (blue screen/display issues)
  • Dead or burnt components
  • Short-circuits caused by the customer

2.3 – Battery Warranty

  • Minimum 2-hour backup guaranteed during warranty
  • Repair/replacement applicable if backup drops significantly
  • Swollen batteries due to misuse/overcharging are not covered

2.4 – Important Warranty Terms

  • Warranty valid only with original invoice/warranty slip
  • Broken warranty seal will void warranty
  • Warranty claims are not accepted via phone
  • No claims processed on Saturdays
  • Laptop must be collected within 1 month, otherwise not our responsibility

3. Online Warranty Process (Outside Karachi)

  • Customer must ship the product back for warranty claims
  • Valid issues will be repaired or replaced and returned
  • Shipping charges depend on the case
  • Transit damage (physical/display) is not covered

4. Important Notes

  • Minor scratches are normal in imported pre-owned laptops
  • Unauthorized repairs will void warranty
  • Customers must backup their data before warranty claims
  • Warranty covers repair/replacement only (no refunds after 3 days)
